We were tasked with creating a bold visual identity for a small Vietnamese food corner.

The challenge? Just five dishes on the menu, no interior space, and a limited budget. But at the same time — a clear ambition to speak to a young audience and come across as something vibrant, delicious, and real.

So how did we approach it?

We didn’t hide the limitations — we made them part of the concept.
Instead of going for the usual “restaurant-style” visuals, we leaned into the street aesthetics of Vietnam, played with the kiosk’s bold colors, and spoke the language of our audience — bold, energetic, unapologetically real. Every detail worked to create a sense of honesty and character.
The result? A visual identity with zero fluff — just the essence of the brand. It doesn’t try to look bigger than it is. It’s alive. And that’s what makes it stand out.

After the launch, we started getting requests like:

“Can you do the same for us?”

The challenge
To rethink Ginza Project’s social media communication.

At the start, the main account looked like a dish catalog. Everything was posted at random, with no structure or clear purpose. The content didn’t reflect the scale of the holding and gave no real understanding of how Ginza lives or what it offers.

Our task was to create a single, consistent flow of information from 17 restaurants and 2 hotels—and turn it into a clear, engaging media platform people would actually want to follow.

What we did
1. Developed a concept
We rethought the brand’s communication model:
— defined tone of voice and language,
— updated visual principles,
— built a clear structure of content blocks,
— documented editorial standards.

It became clear what to publish, how to publish it, what problems the content solves, and what brand image it should convey.

2. Refreshed the visual identity
We brought the visuals into a unified style. Removed the chaos, introduced a clear rhythm and consistent presentation.
The page stopped looking like an ad feed and started to feel like a media outlet.

3. Set up an information collection process
We organized a stable flow of data: news, events, menus, people, projects.
Every piece of content now goes through a single system and enters the editorial workflow intentionally, not by chance.

4. Built an editorial structure
We redesigned the content matrix. Each type of information received its own recurring format:

• Weekend plans — short guides with recommendations.
• Ginza news — not announcements, but explanatory notes on what happened and why it matters.
• Interviews — stories of chefs, bartenders, and managers. Real people instead of faceless posters.
• Top 5 — save-worthy selections: dishes, cocktails, terraces, special offers.

These formats set a rhythm. The content became logically predictable and genuinely useful.

Results after six months
— organic reach increased by 1.5x
— saves grew by 2.3x
— engagement up by 60%
— editorial content share reached 60% (up from 10−15%)

The main result was a shift in audience behavior.
People stopped scrolling past the content as if it were advertising and started coming back—because it began answering a simple question: "What's in it for me?".

Conclusion
The Ginza account turned into a news-driven media platform—with structure, an editorial team, and a clear voice. Metric growth became the natural outcome of one thing: the content finally became relevant, diverse, and useful. It started fulfilling its core task—turning followers into guests.

Challenge
To ensure the restaurant’s social media matched the level of the venue itself and conveyed the sense of luxury guests experience offline.

Key priorities were:

• avoiding random content and fragmented shoots;
• maintaining a consistently high visual standard;
• creating diverse content within a unified style;
• building a clear, sustainable content system.

From the start, we ruled out phone-shot content and working with multiple photographers or videographers without a shared visual logic. That approach would not have allowed us to maintain consistency or the required level of quality.

Solution
We proposed building the content strategy around seasonality and quality, rather than frequency.

Instead of constant shoots, we planned three large-scale, carefully produced shoots over the course of the year: summer, winter, and a mid-season shoot.

Each shoot was designed around the season, mood, and communication goals, while staying within a single, coherent visual language.

• Summer: light, movement, the terrace, a sense of life.
• Winter: a warm, richly decorated interior, details, and intimacy.
• Mid-season: a connecting visual state between peak periods.

Each shoot involved the restaurant team, professional models, key menu items, and multiple styling changes. This allowed us to build a rich and versatile content library.

Throughout the year, we supplemented this library with targeted additional shoots for new dishes and specific news moments. These were fast, cost-efficient, and did not disrupt the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.

Results
The feed began to visually match the level of the restaurant and no longer conflicted with the offline experience.

The content became:

• cohesive and visually recognizable;
• aligned with the brand’s premium positioning;
• actively shared and reused by guests and partners.

Reach and engagement increased by 30%.
The visual system became the foundation of the restaurant’s digital strategy and reinforced the perception of the brand as premium and thoughtfully curated.

Conclusion
For high-end restaurants, success is not about the number of shoots or creating a “pretty feed for the sake of it.”

What delivers results is:

• a well-planned seasonal strategy;
• strict quality control;
• respect for the business and the team’s resources.
